Refund request

Due to the spreading Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to cancel the 6th BioProScale Symposium. Initially scheduled from 30 March to 1 April 2020, the conference is postponed to 29 to 31 March 2021 at the same location in Berlin.

We will provide a full refund of the registration fees for attendees and exhibitors.

As an alternative to a refund, we also offer the option to apply your registration to the new date in March 2021. In this case we keep your fee and transfer your registration automatically to the new date. In this case our general cancellation policy applies.

Remarks:

  • If you had a complimentary registration (e.g. invited speaker, team BVT), your feedback is not necessary. Your registration will be cancelled automatically.
  • Oral and poster presenters will be contaced by the team of Peter Neubauer separately.
  • A reimbursement requires that we have already received your payment.
  • Due to the Covid-19 crisis, our personnel situation is currently tense. So we anticipate all refunds will be issued within the next 60 days - but we cannot guarantee that at the moment. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

We will keep your registration fee for the new BioProScale Symposium, to be held from 29 to 31 March 2021 at the Langebeck-Virchow-Haus in Berlin. A confirmation will be send within the next 60 days. Our general cancellation policy applies (GTC).
